California: Pajaro Dunes: Pelican

The Pelican Point complex has 87 units ranging from one to four bedrooms and is situated at the South end of the resort. Each 3-story building contains units with either 1 or 2 levels. All of the units have varying views of the Pajaro River as it flows into the Pacific Ocean. It is a popular spot for bird watching since a wide variety of birds (both common and rare) take refuge at the river mouth.
