Hot Springs:
Soak those weary muscles in natural hot springs called Crab Cooker,
Hot Tub or Shepherd Hot Springs. Take a short twenty minute drive
to Lone Pine to enjoy the Saline Valley Hot Spring.
Fishing:
Mammoth Lakes and streams have great fishing for the experienced
fisherman or the young person dropping his first line. The Alpers
Trout stocking program assures an abundance of fish in these pristine
waters. You can obtain a fishing license at bait shops in town.

Hiking: To
really enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the Eastern Sierras try
a leisurely stroll through the meadows of Mammoth Lakes. More experienced
hikers may want to obtain a back country map at the Visitors Bureau
on your way into town on Highway 203 or in one of the shops in town.
Put in a day of hiking or plan a back packing trip.
Climbing:
Do you have a need to reach new heights? Try Mammoth Rock or Owens
River Gorge. If you don't mind driving to your climb, Tuolumne Meadows
and Half Dome await you in Yosemite National Park.
