Description
This five bedroom home is great for larger families or smaller groups. There are two living areas with one upstairs and one downstairs (TV & VCR great for kids).
For bigger groups, this house is about 8 houses away from the Brogden, Jerves and Empey homes.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except Gilad home), and barbeque. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
