This four bedroom/three bath home is very spacious (2700+ square feet) and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The large kitchen, 900 square feet, features an island and two ovens. The new hot tub, installed in 2006, is located on the back deck an is surrounded by trees. The front deck has a filtered lakeviews and new patio furniture. The living and dining rooms have vaulted ceilings, river rock fireplace, and can easily handle twelve people.
For bigger groups, this home is a few homes away from the Gardner home and a short walk to the Reed home.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except Gilad home), and barbeque. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
