Payment Policies
For advance reservations, fifty percent (50%) of the lodging total is required within five (5) days of placing your reservation, and the final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival are payable in full at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a $30 non-refundable booking fee.
Fifty (50%) of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival for any reason.
