The first bedroom is located downstairs. It features a king bed, TV, and private bath with large shower. Nine steps lead to the second level with three more bedrooms. The first is a master suite with king bed, TV, private balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon, walk-in closet, and huge private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The next two bedrooms share a bath. One has a king bed and TV; the next has two twins, a TV, VCR, and DVD. Outside you will find a large pool and jacuzzi overlooking a serene lagoon. The pool area is very private and offers plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging. There's also a gas grill. This Palmetto Dunes home is a wonderful spot for your next getaway. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
