ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Please make all checks payable to Century 21 Bay Reef Realty and mail to 12200 FM 3005, Galveston, Texas, 77554. Payments may be made by personal check (not accepted within 30 days prior to check in), credit card or by electronic check (a convenience fee will be charged).
There is a $25 charge for returned checks. We do not redeposit returned checks. The must be replaced with a money order, cashier's check, or credit card within 5 days.
In the event that a reservation has to be cancelled, this must be done in writing and it is the guests' responsibility to verify that Century 21 Bay Reef Realty has received the cancellation letter. Every effort will be made to re-rent the cancelled period. If the period is re-rented and confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled period, money paid will be forfeited.
