Mammtoh Sierra Town Homes are located on Meridian Blvd., half a block from Old Mammoth Road, in the heart of beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California. Rental shops are near by which provide a variety of equipment for all outdoor activities. There are also many restaurants in the area ranging from fine dining to fast food. This complex is on the Green Line shuttle route with direct access to Eagle Express chair lift.Mammoth Sierra Town Home #18 is a premiere condo with two bedrooms, a loft and three bathrooms. This gorgeous mountain home features a newly remolded kitchen with all new appliances, decorator tile counter tops, designer cabinetry and wood flooring. The upstairs bath has also been redone with all new tile flooring, designer cabinetry, luxurious fixtures and beautiful glass and tile shower enclosure. The living room is warm and spacious with a gas fireplace, open ceilings and a comfy overstuffed sectional sofa. There are floor to ceiling windows that open to a large, sunny deck where you can barbeque on the new grill. The entertainment center has a TV with a VCR/DVD with Surround Sound and lots of movies. The unit has been updated throughout with handsome new light pine furnishings, new carpeting and is decorated with handsome mountain artwork and great local photography. Both bedrooms are comfortable with lots of closet space and attached baths. The master bedroom has a TV with a VCR and a small deck. Up in the loft there are two trundle beds for extra guests or kids. When you enter the unit, there is a 'Mud Room' with slate flooring and a counter where you can work on bikes or ski equipment. There is also room to store a couple mountain bikes. Guests are provided with FREE long distance while staying in this unit. This unit does not offer internet access. Other amenities include washer and dryer in the unit, centrally located pool and jacuzzi. There is a maximum of TWO cars permitted. The summer rate for this unit is $230 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. This is a beautiful unit at a steal of a price. Winter rates are $285 midweek, $335 weekends, $385 to $435 on holidays.Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen, two trundle beds (four twins) in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
