Payment Policies
Advance payment of 50% of the rental amount is due 14 days from booking date. If we do not receive the deposit at that time, the reservation will be canceled.
Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to actual arrival date require full payment made via credit card, overnight mail with cashier's check, or money order. We do not accept personal checks.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
If you must cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, you are subject to forfeiture of 1/2 the rental amount.
