The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with granite and dual sinks. This unit is non-smoking and has two outside parking spaces (unassigned). Depending on the availability of parking, you can park in front of the unit.
