Villa De Los Pinos Condos are centrally located in the heart of beautiful Mammoth Lakes California. Unit #17 is a luxury two bedroom two bath corner town home that offers stylish décor and comfortable furnishings. Attention to detail is evident throughout this newly remodeled home. There is slate flooring in the entry and bathrooms, new carpet and wood floors in the kitchen. The kitchen and baths feature granite countertops, custom cabinetry and upscale appliances. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and entertaining family and friends. There is seating for six at the dining table. The living room is bright and sunny with many windows, a wood burning stove, modern art work, and plenty of comfortable seating. A large deck off of the living room offers a relaxing retreat with a mountain top view. There are flat screen TV?s with DVD players in the living room and in each bedroom for your entertainment needs. Both bedrooms are handsomely furnished with a king size bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bath. Other amenities include; grassy interior court yard, pool and tennis court in the summer and an indoor Jacuzzi with a sauna all year round. There is a $200 prepaid security required for this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.The summer rate is $175 per night with discounts of 10% to 30% for stays of four nights or more. Winter rates; midweek $210, weekend $250, holiday $285-$325 per night. Ask us about our four or more night specials. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.Bedding arrangement: King in the master, queen in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. .

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
