Silver Bear condominiums are located on Lakeview Boulevard just steps away from the Canyon Lodge ski area. THIS UNIT HAS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING SUMMER MONTHS. Unit #35 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that has recently been upgraded with new carpet, hardwood floors, and freshly painted walls in soothing tones. The unit is sunny and open due to the multitude of large windows that let in plenty of light and offer lovely views. Most of the furnishings are of an antique style but many of the newer pieces are very contemporary giving the overall decor a unique and beautiful touch. The plantation blinds add a wonderful finish to the decor. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and flatscreen televisions, a 20" in one room and a 14" in the other, this room also offers a plush futon for additional sleeping space. Each room features attached, full size bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and luxurious bedding. A well equipped kitchen offers you all your cooking essentials as well as new dining and cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining table with seating for six opening up to a cozy living area offering plenty of seating situated perfectly so everyone may enjoy the new gas fireplace. Entertainment accomodations are abundant with a high definition 32" TV, VCR, DVD, and CD stereo while every TV offers cable channels. This unit is one of the few in Silver Bear to have a private deck complete with patio furniture. Silver Bear #35 also offers a washer/dryer combo, free long distance, caller I.D., and high-speed internet; amenities that will surely enhance your vacation experience. Project amenities include garage access parking for one car, a common area pool, spa, sauna, and gas barbeque grill.Bed Arrangement: A king in the master bedroom, and a king and full size futon in the second bedroom. The maximum occupancy is six persons.Summer rates are $160 per night. Winter rates are: $330 midweek, $380 weekend, and $440/495 per night during the holidays.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
