Forest Creek Condos are located in the heart of beautiful Mammoth Lakes California, about a block from the Green Line shuttle stop that will take you directly to Eagle Express chair lift. Unit #23 is a luxury two bedroom, three bathroom corner unit that offers stylish décor and comfortable furnishings. This unit has been decorated with care by the owner to provide the finest quality in resort accommodations for your Mammoth vacation. The gourmet kitchen is bright and sunny with a breakfast bar that seats four, newer appliances, and has everything you need to prepare and serve meals during your stay. The living room is handsomely appointed with leather sofas, ski cabin style art and an entertainment center with TV/DVD and stereo with CD. There is a wood burning stove in the living room and firewood on the deck for added comfort on our cold winter time nights. The deck looks out into the woods with a bike path just beyond and there is a brand new private spa to relax in. The bedrooms are both spacious with new furnishings, attached baths, plenty of closet space and each has a television. There is a king bed in the master, Euro bunk bed and a small futon in the second bedroom. FREE long distance is offered with this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.The maximum occupancy is five and there are two vehicles permitted on the property. The summer rate is only $155 per night with discounts of 10 to 30% for stays of four nights or more. The winter rates are: midweek $ 245, weekend $295, holiday $345/$390 per night. The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
