Eagle Run is one of the most upscale properties in Mammoth, known for its gorgeous views, tranquil surroundings, and ski in, ski out access to the Little Eagle Express. Eagle Run #205 is a gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit offering tasteful decor and spectacular panoramic views of Mammoth. This unit is rated premiere and offers an ideal floor plan with a master suite and additional bedroom along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The entire home has lovely decor with accent walls and elegant fixtures, while the bedrooms are furnished with plush bedding, high quality mattresses, and new furniture. Each bedroom has a TV, queen size bed, and plenty of drawer and closet space. Both bathrooms feature posh accents, with two sinks set in granite in the master bath, and a large bathtub in the second bathroom. The living room offers a cozy and functional seating area, with a decadent leather sofa and comfy recliner all situated amongst a warm gas fireplace also furnished with a high definition TV with DVD and VCR. Just off the living area is a dining space with a custom table offering seating for six, situated amidst large picture windows that boast some of the most spectacular views any Mammoth home has to offer. Step out on to the deck to take in these stunning views or lounge on the outdoor furniture to catch a fabulous sunset after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen has granite countertops, upscale appliances, and everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Four barstools accompany the breakfast bar providing an ideal setting for family gatherings. A freestanding washer/dryer combo and FREE international and domestic long distance are both additional conveniences for all guests. Overall, this is a great unit to rent at any time of the year, an ideal location for skiing in the winter, and a quiet retreat throughout the summer months. Bed Arrangement: A queen in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is six guests. Project Amenities: Covered parking, on site barbeque, two extra large spas, heated walkways, and private ski/bike storage.Rates: The midweek nightly rate is $485 and $545/night on the weekends. Holiday rates are $655/$710 per night.

The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Check-In time: 4:00 PM (5:00 PM holidays)
Check-Out time: 10 AM

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
