This beautifully decorated Hilton Head villa is just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen features Corian counters, new cabinets and appliances, and a full size washer and dryer. The dining area seats 6 and leads to a spacious living area with TV/DVD. Off the living room is a deck overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs. The first is the master which is furnished with a king bed and TV/DVD. This bedroom has a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a king, TV/DVD, and private bath with a tub/shower combination. 13 steps lead to the 3rd bedroom/loft area with 2 twin beds, a TV, and private bath with a shower. This lovely Hilton Head villa offers everything you will need for a great vacation. *This villa is only available for weekly rentals.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
