Cancellations and/or changes 14 days in winter or 2 days in summer prior to arrival will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. Cancellations and/or changes within 14 days in winter and 2 days in summer of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are non-refundable.
