There is also a television in the master and in the den. The windows are big and plentiful, offering views of the Sherwin mountains and overlooking the seventeenth hole at the spectacular Sierra Star Golf Course. Timbers #1 is just steps away from the Clubhouse and with every three nights lodging, we will give you one free midweek round of golf plus discounts for every round played during your stay. This is a great place for festive family gatherings or a quiet, elegant location for a business retreat. There is an old kettle style charcoal barbeque on the deck. This unit has a THREE CAR MAXIMUM which is strictly enforced by the Homeowners Association management. There is paid parking available in our downtown area. This unit does not offer internet access. There is a $400 refundable sescurity deposit required with all bookings.Bedding Arrangement- King in the master, queen in the second, two twins in the third, queen in the forth, and sleeper sofa in the den.The summer rate for this unit is $475 per night. Additional discounts of 10-30% apply on reservations of four nights or more. The Timbers does not have a swimming pool. Winter rates are; midweek $715, weekend $790, holidays are $890 TO $990 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.

The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
