Complex Features: The Springs is the newest member of the River Run Village and offers some of the most exciting features found anywhere. The building hosts an expansive outdoor swimming complex with year-round pool, slide and hot tubs. Inside guests will find a children's playroom, fitness center, steam room, video room and heated underground parking. Now the closest property to the relocated gondola, The Springs is even more convenient and desirable. Each unit also features a large patio or deck. .
Unit Features: This ResortQuest 950 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom unit is one of the gems of River Run, with beautiful views and a great location. Built in 2001, The Springs is an excellent location close to the gondola and perfect for families. Dining in is easy with the fully equipped kitchen. Put your feet up by the cozy gas fireplace or step out onto the private deck for some fresh mountain air. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper.
