50% deposit required to reserve unit, full payment must be received when reserved if reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival. Full refund is given up to 60 days before arrival, after that monies are non-refundable but can be transferred to future bookings. We will email you our rental agreement when you request a reservation.
