The 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2200 sq. ft. home with parking for 5 cars offers you everything you would need to have a wonderful stay in the Santa Cruz area. Our game room is equipped with a ping- pong table and is a popular place for the kids. It's a short block to 21st Avenue Beach, one of several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
