This town house is the perfect family vacation get away! Nicely decorated with modern, comfortable furnishings, it is just steps from the Santa Cruz Wharf, Beach Boardwalk, Pacific Garden Mall and walking paths along West Cliff and the historic Light House Museum. The inside of the condo offers an open living/dining room area with cable TV, DVD/CD player, and gas fireplace. The kitchen has every amenity possible from an electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and adjacent balcony for meals outside. Two separate floors of bedrooms. The second floor has two bedrooms both with Queen size beds. The Master has it's own private bathroom while the other room has access to another balcony. The top third floor has two more rooms one with a Queen bed the second with two trundle beds that could either be 4 twins or 1 king and 2 twins. This room also features a foosball table! Guest have use of pool, hot tub and two car garage with drive way parking as well. Charcoal BBQ. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. WASHER AND DRYER IN GARAGE.

Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
