Relax and enjoy the beach in this gorgeous, tastefully decorated Mediterranean-style house with a beautifully landscaped back yard, trellises, rose bushes, brick patio courtyards, and ocean views from almost every room! 2 Bedrooms are detached from main house; each has 2 Twin Beds and 1 sink in each room, and connected by a Jack and Jill Bathroom with standing shower. Main house has 1 Bedroom with King Bed, which has 2 private entrances and access to back deck, and 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, also with private entrances and access to private back deck. Living Room is open and spacious, with tasteful décor, large Lodge-style wood burning Fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD Player and stereo surround sound system with outdoor speakers. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with large refrigerator, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, and garbage Disposal. Hall Bathroom has oversized step-down shower. Washer and Dryer in laundry room off patio. For rinsing off after beach fun, there is also a full bathroom with standing shower, toilet, and sink, detached from main house. Charcoal BBQ. 3 Parking Spaces Provided. House is behind private gate. NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED AT OCEAN VILLA.

Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.
VISA, MasterCard, Traveler’s Check, Cashiers Check, Personal or Business Check, Money Order or Cash. No Personal Checks after 60 days.
The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
