Tucked into a hillside and surrounded by 1.4 acres of redwood forest, Cazadero Heaven is a delightful cabin with original redwood interior and river rock fireplace and hearth. The location is beautiful, serene, and romantic; its own seasonal creek provides an especially charming ambiance from autumn through spring. A few hundred yards down the hill is a deeded access path to Austin Creek, a beautiful year round creek with swimming hole and gravel beaches. In the back is a lovely valley full of towering redwoods and ferns with a secluded deck and six person hot tub. The dining deck provides a patio dining set, gas barbecue and lounges.

Very comfortable for four people, both bedrooms have queen beds. This lovely cabin has been outfitted with many pleasing amenities, including a full surround stereo system, wireless high-speed cable Internet access and an extensive movie collection. There is unlimited national and Canadian long distance telephone service so no need to bring a calling card. The newly remodeled bathroom has a stall shower. The owners have lavished attention on this beautiful cabin and have created a very special retreat for families as well as for adults looking for romance or a quiet getaway.

Cazadero Heaven is located three miles from the Russian River and a fifteen minute drive from the ocean beaches. The town of Duncans Mills, with shops and restaurants, is about a five minute drive and Raymond's Bakery is just up the road.

Payment Policies

PAYMENTS BY CHECK:
If you are paying by check, we allow you five days to return the signed contract with your payment. If there is sufficient time, you pay 60% of the rent now and the remaining 40% plus tax, cleaning and damage waiver 30 days before your arrival date.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD:
We accept Master Card and Visa. If you are paying by credit card, you must fax back your signed credit card authorization and the pages of the contract requiring a signature as soon as you've had a chance to review the contract. Generally we expect it the same day. We will charge the entire balance at once. If the booking is to occur within ten days we will require credit card authorization by telephone and the charge will be run that same day.

Once you book a house, that house is off the market to anyone else. Therefore, all payments for bookings are non-refundable unless we re-book the house, in which case there is a $50 cancellation fee. Although we generally do re-book given a reasonable amount of time, there is no guarantee that we will. Full refunds are available if flood warnings affecting your rental are posted within 3 days of arrival date. If prior to or upon your arrival, your house is not available due to any condition or problem beyond our control, we will move you to a reasonably comparable house, providing one is available.
