Description
In one of our loveliest Cazadero settings, Casa Verde is secluded, surrounded by 1/4 acre of fenced redwood forest, with a sunny deck overlooking Austin Creek. The deck furnishings include a barbecue, picnic table and benches, table and chairs and two lounge chairs. On a striking structure of stonework terraces sits a hot tub, surrounded by landscaped niches and a secure fence. There are stepping stones down to a flat, sandy area above the creek, but the creek at this location is quite rocky.
Casa Verde sleeps four, with two substantially comparable bedrooms with queen beds and designer linens. The bath has shower only. The kitchen/dining/living room is spacious with an arched ceiling, lots of wood interior, and a stone fireplace. A glass wall looks out on the view to the creek. The kitchen is very well equipped for the serious cook.

Payment Policies
PAYMENTS BY CHECK:
If you are paying by check, we allow you five days to return the signed contract with your payment. If there
is sufficient time, you pay 60% of the rent now and the remaining 40% plus tax, cleaning and damage waiver 30 days
before your arrival date.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD:
We accept Master Card and Visa. If you are paying by credit card, you must fax back your signed credit card
authorization and the pages of the contract requiring a signature as soon as you've had a chance to review the
contract. Generally we expect it the same day. We will charge the entire balance at once. If the booking is to
occur within ten days we will require credit card authorization by telephone and the charge will be run that same
day.
Once you book a house, that house is off the market to anyone else. Therefore, all payments for bookings are non-refundable unless we re-book the house, in which case there is a $50 cancellation fee. Although we generally do re-book given a reasonable amount of time, there is no guarantee that we will. Full refunds are available if flood warnings affecting your rental are posted within 3 days of arrival date. If prior to or upon your arrival, your house is not available due to any condition or problem beyond our control, we will move you to a reasonably comparable house, providing one is available.
