This home is not just a rental - it is a home that the owners are willing to share with our guests. The entry level offers an open living/dining/kitchen area complete with granite countertops and an extremely well stocked kitchen that will make cooking a pleasure or perhaps you would enjoy just curling and reading by the fireplace. Also on the first level is a bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with jetted tub and the large laundry room that lets you onto the large deck with hot tub. The second level offers a spacious master bedroom with it's own balcony, a third bedroom with a double bed and two singles and a full bath. The owner wants you to have a wonderful vacation even if you never leave the house by offering full cable including Showtime & HBO plus DVD's, plush towels, cozy linens and of course the stress and ache relieving hot tub... ahhhh. Obviously, the owner takes pride in every corner of every room - and it shows! This is one of our favorite homes......

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
