The Gourmet Kitchen features a center island, granite counter tops, stainless steel Viking appliances, a gas cook top, double ovens, double dishwashers and a wine cooler.
The grounds at 10 Royal Tern have been professionally landscaped and include a large, enclosed yard with a Private Pool, Outdoor Jacuzzi, a covered Poolside Bar with TV and Double Savannah Brick Grill.
Within the home you will find no less than 10 TVs, multiple DVD players, a Sony PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360.
One hour per day of Complimentary Tennis is included. Non-Smoking. No Pets.
