Payment Policy:
$200 is charged upon booking. The remainder is due within 7 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival forfeit $200.00 per unit cancellation fee (plus $35 non-refundable reservations fee).
Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival forfeit forfeit full payment.
Unit Changes:
Each reservation is placed in a privately owned condominium or home. The local property manager is very limited in its ability to comply with requests to change assignments for a specific property once a deposit has been received. Maintenance issues or other unforseen circumstances may on rare occasions require that we relocate you to an alternate accommodation of comparable quality.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS units. Failure to abide by this policy will result in substantial cleaning charges and eviction.
All private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer months. A surcharge and advance notice is required to activate them in time for your stay.
