Sunshine Village is located on Meridian Blvd. and Azmuth St. in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California. The Green Line Shuttle runs right outside the complex, for direct access to Eagle Express. Unit #102 is a spacious one bedroom plus loft, two bathroom condo. The owner has recently replaced all the furnishings and put in all new carpet and tile floors. The living room is warm and comfortable with a pellet stove, new sofa and love seat and a home theater to entertain you after a long day. The bedroom also has nice new furnishings, a queen size bed, a CD player and a TV with DVD/VCR combo. The loft is cozy with a double bed and a trundle bed. This space is perfect for a last minute guest and kids always love to stay in the loft. There is an additional bathroom and the loft also has a TV with DVD/VCR combo. Sunshine Village #102 is conveniently located in town opening right on to Meridian Blvd. The recreation area with a great pool, spa and rec room are located near this unit. Sunshine Village is an affordable vacation destination. This unit does not offer internet access. Maximum occupancy is six. Winter rates are $190 midweek, $225 weekends and $260 to $295 holidays. The summer rate is $140 per night with discounts ranging from 10 to 30% for stays of 4 to 7 nights.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
