The kitchen has been completely renovated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a table for 6. More formal dining is available off the entry at a table for 6. The first bedroom is located downstairs. It features a king bed, TV, and private bath with large shower. Nine steps lead to the second level with three more bedrooms. The first is a master suite with king bed, TV, private balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon, walk-in closet, and huge private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The next two bedrooms share a bath. One has a king bed and TV; the next has two twins, a TV, VCR, and DVD. Outside you will find a large pool and jacuzzi overlooking a serene lagoon. The pool area is very private and offers plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging. There's also a gas grill. This Palmetto Dunes home is a wonderful spot for your next getaway. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
