Needs a sharp knife. Only two of the 4 TVs were usable for television. Furniture was extremely comfortable. Liked having assigned parking.

After we waited for 3 hours in the Century 21 office, we arrived to a room that had not been cleaned to our satisfaction. My daughter took pictures of the crap around the glass coffee table and the condo looked like it hadn't been dusted in over a month! After we finally got all of our things in the unit, we then discovered that there was a leak and the whole dining area carpet was soaked! I called maintenance and they sent someone out a couple of hours later. He had to pull the carpet up and put a huge dryer fan underneath it. I called the office the next morning and made them aware of what we had found. I was reluctant to even call the Century 21 Thomas Office because of what had happened the day before. After they had just started letting people check without even knowing whether the rooms had been cleaned or not, we were the last ones that they informed even though they had put us in an office in the back. When we discovered that everyone had been cleared out, my daughter informed them how unprofessional and unaccomadating they had been. At this point, one of the employees who was just answering phones (LORI) mocked my daughter's reaction at which point my daughter got very upset. The Century 21 employee got up out of her seat and came up to the counter and started yelling at my daughter. At this point, my husband took our 4 and 6 yr. old grandchildren out of the office so they would not get any more upset than they already were! My daughter and myself have worked with the public and I can honestly say that I have never treated a customer like this employee treated my daughter. No one even bothered to say anything to the employee but finally the manager came out to the front. But still no one apologized. We were told not to let it ruin our vacation! This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received or even seen. I was a Store Manager for over 5 yrs. with American Greetings and trust me, if I did not fire the employee, I would have at least reprimanded her and made her write a written apology! Then we had to spend a better part of our second day waiting on another condo unit to get ready for us and then move into it. Plus while we were waiting the maintenace service walked in on me in the bathroom while I was on the toilet! He did not bother to apologize either! He said they told him no one was in the unit. We had plenty of stuff laying around. He came all the way into the master bathroom at that. I had planned on renting a unit for the month of October but after this experience, it definitely won't be with Century 21. I even asked for the $100 promotion that they were running since we had to change rooms and was denied that. In our opinion, Century 21 owes us a vacation and we will tell everyone we know not to rent through them. Especially since they still can't be bothered with an apology. Very poor customer service!!
