It is located about 200 yards from the beach and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay on Hilton Head. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, TV, VCR,and DVD and a slider to a patio with a charcoal grill. The dining room, which is open to the living room, has a table that seats six. The kitchen has been completely renovated with granite countertops. It comes fully equipped with all appliances, including a stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD a slider to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Fifteen steps lead to the guest bedroom and loft. The second bedroom has two double beds, TV and DVD, a slider to a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The loft at the top of the stairs has twin bed. This newly redecorated villa is sure to be one of your favorites.

Payment Policies

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.

Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.

Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
