This Gold Camp has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room that allows for conversation and fun throughout the entire condo! The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable pillowtop Queen size bed and plenty of storage and there is also a new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room so you can fall asleep in front of the gas fireplace!
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need to cook a quick breakfast or a holiday meal! The dining table sits 4 and is situated right in the warmth and unique smells of your own kitchen! The living room has plenty of cozy seating for the whole family to talk about their perfect day in the Breckenridge powder or watch TV or a DVD! The gas fireplace keeps a great atmosphere with warmth and a cozy fire to watch!
There are onsite laundry facilities at the bottom floor of the building and a communal hot tub! Gold Camp wants to make sure you are not too sore to ski everyday during your mountain vacation! This nicely remodeled condo has a true "Colorado Rustic" feel. After a day on the slopes, ski down 4 O'Clock run, pop off your skis and walk 100 yards to your cozy warm southwestern condo!

1)Check-in and key distribution is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Please contact check-in office (1-800-872-8789) in advance if your arrival is after 6:00pm and we will be happy to accommodate you.
2)Checkout time is 10:00am. To ensure proper accommodation of any incoming guests, this checkout time must be strictly enforced to avoid additional charges equivalent to one nights rental.
3)Check-in procedures and the distribution of keys will be handled at our office, located at 315 N. Main Street in the Dominoes Building. Breckenridge Accommodations.
4)Most units have telephone service within the respective units. Please give your friends or relatives your unit phone # (See confirmation)
5)All units are supplied with linens, towels and a complete kitchen. Our units are cleaned and linened for your arrival. (We do not provide daily maid service or towel exchange.) Daily maid service can be arranged IN ADVANCE for an additional fee. We are more than happy to provide additional towels at our office location.
6)We require cancellation notification at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to allow us time to find a comparable booking for the unit. In case of a cancellation, your full deposit will be refunded, less a handling charge of $150.00 per unit, provided the cancellation is made 60 days prior to the arrival date. In any situation where notification is given less then 60 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited unless a comparable booking is made for the unit. A handling charge of $150.00, will be deducted from all refunds per unit. All monies received from deposits will be deposited in a trust account as permitted under the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Real Estate Commission and Breckenridge Accommodations shall retain interest generated from it.
7)Your credit card will be pre-authorized upon the arrival date for a minimum of a $350.00 security deposit or the equivalent of 2 nights lodging, whichever is greater. Upon the departure date and the unit’s inspection, this authorization will be terminated. You will not be charged unless damages occur. Private Homes will be authorized $1500.
8)NO PETS will be allowed in our rental units. UNLESS SPECIFIC PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE! Violation will be subject to immediate eviction.
9)Breckenridge Accommodations will not be held liable to damage, loss or injury resulting from errors made by our tour operators, agents or transportation companies. BAI STRONGLY SUGGESTS PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE!! BAI will not assume responsibility for loss, delay or expenses incurred due to weather, strike, road closures, flight cancellations or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Breckenridge Accommodations, Inc. A 4WD vehicle is also highly recommended during the winter months in Colorado! No refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
10)BAI reserves the right to upgrade or move any and all tenants to comparable lodging if the need arises.
