Two of the three garage door openers did not work. The water hose out front by the garage was broken. There was a leak under the sink, where a bowl with stale water was being collected. Under the sink were mouse droppings. The television in the master bedroom did not work. Furniture in second bedroom was missing pull knobs, rendering the drawer useless. Pathway from road to wooden bridge was littered with broken glass, tile, wire and concrete. It was a real hazard to walk in and for small children. The pool could be monitored closer. Water was often cloudy and and unhealthy looking. Our daughter had an ear infection, after that we would not let her swim in the pool.
