Description
The Timberline Condominiums offers two types of studios - a standard studio and a studio with a loft.
The standard studio condominiums are approximately 365 square feet. They have a common living and sleeping area. There is an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, mini refrigerator and two-burner stove. A queen-size bed is located in the common area. Some units have additional sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. This is the perfect size for one or two people.

These condominiums are independently owned. Each unit is decorated by the individual owner.

There are multitudes of winter activities to explore in the Aspen Snowmass area. Let our staff help make this years winter vacation the most memorable ever.
From Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding to ice skating, ice climbing and hot air ballooning; take advantage of all the resort has to offer.
Guests also enjoy dog sled rides and the more adventurous will enjoy cross country skiing and back-country ski tours.
Additional Restrictions
100% of the total stay is required at time of booking.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Cancellations or changes will result in a penalty of 100 percent of stay.
Travel Insurance is available for and is highly recommended. The charge for this is 6.5% of lodging.
Guest is liable for any damages to the premises and/or to the furnishings, equipment, and household.
