This unit is non-smoking and has a single car garage located in building C (only one parking pass is given for the second vehicle to park outside). Mammoth Properties Reservations is not responsible for common area facilities at the complex (i.e. spa, sauna, pool, recreation room, etc.). Common area facilities vary at each complex.
