The living room is carpeted and includes a TV, DVD and VCR for your entertainment along with a decorative fireplace, wet bar and sleeper sofa. The patio allows you to have the option to sit outside with a table that seats 6, and take pleasure in the scenery. The dining room is off the living room with a table that seats 6, just the right size to gather around for some good food and conversation. This room also allows you to enjoy a golf view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table for 4. The laundry room of the kitchen consists of a full size washer and dryer. A lovely bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, TV, 2 closets and a hall bath/shower combo. Upstairs is a 2nd and 3rd bedroom that share a bath and include a king-swing and 2 twin beds respectively. The master bedroom is great for golf lovers with a breathtaking view of the golf course. This bedroom features a king size bed, TV and a private bath. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
