This nicely appointed villa is on the fifth floor in North Shore Place. The fully equipped kitchen has three bar stools and the dining area seats up to five. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR, and DVD player. A door leads to the balcony with slight ocean view. The balcony has a breakfast table for four and two lounge chairs for relaxing. The master bedroom has a king bed, chair, TV, and access to the living room balcony. The private bathroom has a large tub and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, chair, TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination. A stackable washer and dryer is provided in a closet upon entry way for added convenience. This villa is centrally located in the heart of Hilton Head and will be perfect for your next getaway!

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
