There were 2 minor things that should never have been left unattended - the kitchen faucet doesn't work and neither do the lights in the inner section of the master bath. Seemingly minor, faucets are pretty necessary, especially when you pay a nice price for a unit with a full kitchen. Without the light being operable in the shower-toilet section of the master bath, anyone using that part of the bath had to have the lights on in the outer section where the sink is located. Since there is no door dividing the bedroom and sink area, the light has to be on which means the person sleeping can't.
Oh, and the ceiling fan and ceiling light in the living room didn't work, either.
There were 2 other problems with the property itself, not for the homeowner to repair - the pond in the front smelled so bad we couldn't sit out and enjoy the balcony. The noise from what we believe was the elevator is so loud in that particular unit, every 30-40 SECONDS a loud annoying noise. I loved the decor, wall color, etc..but would not stay there again because of the above listed.
