A magnificent view of the waterway from every room of this townhouse, decorated in a nautical style, awaits you. On the first floor is a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath, as well as the living area with TV/VCR also with a full bath. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining room. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen. Access to the large rear deck is from both the bedroom and living room.
The second floor consists of the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The master bedroom with a King-size bed, TV/VCR and full private bath has a comfy sitting area with a sofa and desk. The guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV/VCR and a trundle bed also has a private bath, this room sleeps up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Also on the second floor outside the bedrooms is a relaxing sitting area.
The pool is directly across from the villa and there is an easy 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
