The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen. It has a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. There is also a slider door to the balcony with an ocean view. The first bedroom which is the master has a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds, TV, VCR, a table for two, kitchenette with microwave, and small refrigerator. Payment Policies

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.

Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.

Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
