This newly renovated 2 bedroom villa offers everything you will need for a vacation in style. The kitchen comes fully equipped and opens to a dining area for 6. The living room features brand new furnishings including a sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair, TV/VCR/DVD, and stereo. A sliding glass door from this room leads to an oceanfront balcony with sweeping pool and ocean views. The master suite comes furnished with a king bed and TV. This suite also features a large walk-in closet and a private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV/VCR, access to the living room balcony, and private bath. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
