When we arrived the condo hadn't been cleaned enough - there was sand all over the couches, beds, the stove and oven were very dirty. However, the cleaning crew did arrive shortly after and recleaned the area. The vacuum cleaner didn't work. However, the service was very good and everyone was helpful. The condo was large enough to meet our needs and the location was great. The pool needed more chairs, chaise lounges - there weren't enough. Also, a big complaint by many people staying there was there was only one (1) grill and many families wanted to use it at the same time. It took an inordinate amount of time to wait however, everyone was very nice. The grill area needs to be expanded with more grills, some tables.
