Contracted guests weren't treated the same.
Newspapers are left in front of doors that rent from Advista, not contracted. When I ask questions, they would tell me to contact my rental agency. No one could ever tell me where to put my trash. Most of the help couldn't speak English, so that made it difficult also. A swimsuit coverup was accidently tossed in the pool towels. When I called to ask if they found a knit coverup in the the towels, they told me to call my rental agent. I asked what did the rental agency have to do with their pool towels. They never got back to me about the coverup.
