The only thing I would suggest is that renters be given a map or directions for the parking space. We had to look a long time to find it. There re numbers on the wall above spaces and some of the numbers painted in the space itself (which we were supposed to look for) were very faded. Also we had a cabana but had no directions on which one it was. Overall, it was a great property.
