The fastest and most convenient option is Air Jamaica Express, http://www.airjamaica.com/express.asp however, for those who wish to experience the scenic drive, you will be picked up by chauffeur and taken to your villa in Port Antonio. It is approximately 2 ?? hours from Kingston International to the Blue Lagoon in Port Antonio. Port Antonio is located 2 hrs to Ocho Rios, 4 hours drive to Montego Bay and half a day drive to Negril. If you did want to leave your perfect hideaway and take a drive out to these spots, even spend a night there, it is all very manageable. Jamaica is a small island. It is a lovely way to see the Country. We will give you the information but it is all up to you, do as much as you want, or as little as you want on your vacation. Just enjoy???
