This impeccably decorated villa is furnished to fit your every need. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar to seat four. The dining room table seats six. In the living room you will find a sofa and an armoire with a TV, VCR, and DVD. This room has an amazing lagoon view. The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, DVD, and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. This room also has a lagoon view. On the second floor is a lagoon view bedroom equipped with a King-swing bed, TV, VCR, and DVD, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two double beds, a TV and VCR and a private bath with shower only. There is a screened in porch off the dining room, perfect for enjoying the island weather. A sundeck off of the screened porch overlooks the lagoon. A full size washer and dryer are provided for guests use. This spacious villa is just a short walk to the beach and makes a great family vacation destination.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
