The futon in downstairs bedroom is broken, the pull out is broken in living room, a dining chair had a rung broken (dangsrous), the chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom had every drawer front loose from the drawer (useless), and the cobwebs in the ceiling fans looked ancient.
