Payment Policies
Reservations are secured by rental deposits paid by MC, VISA, DISC or personal check and must be received within 10 days after the reservation is made or immediately if the reservation is made within the cancellation period (10 or 30 days prior to arrival depending on the time period of the reservation). Deposits will be equal to 50% of total charges for the reservation. Reservations without timely deposits will be cancelled without notice.
If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, only if you notify us at least 30 days prior to arrival for holiday reservations and all reservations with a length of stay of more than 7 nights, and at least 10 days prior to arrival on all other reservations. Once you are within the cancellation time frame, cabin changes and date changes (including dropping nights) are not allowed.
