A newly updated and nicely furnished condo! The owners have done an excellent job furnishing and decorating this unit. Set in the tall pine trees of Kings Beach, this home offers a fun, woodsy feel. On the deck off of the living room, there are both a gas and a charcoal BBQ (available in the summer only), and the living room has a lovely gas fireplace that can warm the entire condo on a cold winter night. There are TVs in both of the downstairs bedrooms and in the living room a big TV and VCR. The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only, and it is located just minutes from Northstar ski resort. Please note: Loft is acessible by ladder only.
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
