There are 2 decks off the back of the unit, the upper deck has a charcoal BBQ, a table and chairs (in summer only) to enjoy summer dinners among the pine trees. And for cold winter nights there is a big fireplace in the living room. Living room also is equipped with TV,VCR, and DVD player. The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only, and for winter fun, Northstar ski resort is only minutes away. A great vacation spot anytime of the year!
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
